ACRAnet/Heartland Credit Services simplifies the credit report and borrower data analysis with our technology that provides custom credit report formats and information, data verification and borrower fraud reports that instantly assess the risk associated with the borrowers, employers, property and loan participants.

Our system integrates most POS, LOS, AUS and mobile application software systems and can be integrated into custom platforms as well.

Here is a list of some of the credit products and services we offer:

• Consumer Credit Reports – Easy and affordable credit reports through TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, and Tri-Merge Credit Report.

• Rapid Rescore – Gives clients the ability to remove erroneous credit items from the repositories within 24-96 Hours.

• Credit Genie – Gives clients access to multiple credit scoring tools with at-a-glance viewing of all three bureaus scores, providing a pathway for potential improvements for each credit repository.

• Undisclosed Debt Monitoring – Gives clients the ability to monitor the borrowers file from submission to closing and alerts our client if there is any new inquiries ,new tradelines , credit card balance change, new derogatorys and collections from all three repositories.

• Borrower data and fraud verification reports - A suite of products that can include verification of all borrower information provided during loan application, I.R.S. personal and business tax transcripts, SSA number verification, business credit reports and more.
